Had a lovely stay for two nights, glad I've chosen it. The location of the property was particularly good, to several buses into the centre & other areas. Thoroughly enjoyed it, I didn't feel like leaving and I totally recommend this hotel.

Very good service, comfortable and easy location very close to botanic gardens. And really close to public transport links and nice restaurant and cafés. A work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels available in the guest room.

My stay was real good for two nights. The location was ideal, just next door to Edinburgh's traditional fish market with great fish restaurants and the Garfield Guest House. I enjoyed being in this place.
